* Fresh Water Renewal Program - Doctor David Schindler Recovery Plan - most precious resource - $10 million x 5 years

* Fresh Water Stewardship Bill - for renewal, caring, sharing.  Fresh water will be a key resource in this era - more valuable than gold or diamonds or oil - recovering this resource is critical for our security and economy. Canada possesses about 23% of the global fresh water supply and this is being threatened by pollutants with little potable water remaining at this point. It is our duty to preserve and protect this resource - to renew and restore it for human and economic reasons.

* Environmental Clean-up Incentive for the tar oil sands, and for mining, all kinds of extraction processes, agriculture, urbanization, et cetera [more opportunity for R&D and profit for Canadians and Canada based companies - incentives to sustainable industry]

* Environmental Sustainability Incentives Program  with Dr. David Schindler as Director

* National Fresh  Water Policy  - The Dr. David Schindler Act. - $20 million

* Renewal of Forests for Environmental Leadership & Major Forest Replanting and Renewal Program - Canada’s Boreal, rain forests and hardwood forests, Brazil’s Amazonian forest. etc.

* The Reforestation of the Earth Program with United Nations and Global First Nations collaboration

* Great Rivers Recovery Program - national and international with Partners in business and government

* Ground Water  Preservation and Safety Commission - water science serving Canada and Canadians

* Seed Diversity Guarantee Program and Seed Bank - towards Sustainable Crops
